Energy Wind Moldova is expanding its international operations with plans to develop a new 40 MW wind farm in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Construction is scheduled to begin by the end of 2026, with commissioning planned for 2028.
The project forms part of the company’s international expansion strategy and its commitment to developing utility-scale renewable energy infrastructure across emerging energy markets.
The wind farm will have a total installed capacity of 40 MW and will incorporate industrial-scale wind turbines, electrical infrastructure, civil and construction works, as well as the facilities required for connection to the national power grid.
Implementation will be carried out in several stages, beginning with technical preparation and site development, followed by infrastructure construction, equipment delivery and installation, grid connection, testing, and final commissioning.

Kazakhstan is emerging as one of Central Asia’s key markets for renewable energy development, with significant wind resources and considerable potential for large-scale wind power generation.
Through the development of the 40 MW project, Energy Wind Moldova aims to contribute to the expansion of renewable generation capacity in Kazakhstan while further strengthening its presence in international energy markets.
